Shipping & Returns Policy
- Since we sell live plants of high value, we only offer 2 fastest shipping options (UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air/Overnight). We offer free USP 2nd Day Air for all order below 5 lbs in weight and UPS Overnight is $15 for orders below 5 lbs. For orders over 5 lbs, UPS 2nd Day Air is $10 and UPS Overnight is 25. We offer FREE UPS Overnight shipping for order of 3+ plants. Please note that these shipping prices are lower than the actual shipping prices that our company paid. In case of return/refund, shipping price + 10% handling fee will be deducted from the total amount of refund.
- Every plant is packed carefully with lots of love. We will wrap every plant in poly-fill, then a layer of corrugated wrap, as well as bubble filler/biodegradable peanuts to protect your plants from any damages that might occur during the shipping process. Every package is labeled “Fragile” to avoid damages as best as we could.
- Your plant might be shipped in soil or bare-root in moss depending on your state’s agricultural laws.
- For winter shipping, we check every package before packing and will include insulation as well as heat pack if needed (free of charge).
We do not accept return under most circumstances. One exception is when the product arrived significantly different from the provided description as the time of purchase. This includes you (as our customer) receiving a completely different plant than what you purchased. If this happens it is likely to be an error in which we sent someone’s order to your address. In the rare case that this situation occurs, we will provide you with a return label, please pack the plant carefully (with given instructions) and send it back to us. Once we receive the item we will begin inspecting the plant and will resend you your correct order.
- Live Arrival Guaranteed. We guarantee live arrival if your package is delivered within the expected delivery timeframe. Dead on arrival will be replaced or refunded in full with unboxing video provided immediately after opening the package. Package(s) must be picked up within 3 hours of delivery during winter months or within 6 hours of delivery during non-winter months. Clear photos and videos of before, during, and after unboxing required for any return/refund inquiries.
- Unfortunately we are not responsible for damages caused by shipping mishandling, delay, or missing shipment by the post office. No refund applicable for damages done by the post office. Once the plants have left our greenhouse, we have no control over how shipping companies handle the package. We pack every plant with love and are not responsible for damages once the plants leave our greenhouse.
- You might be required to send the item back for a full refund (exclude shipping price and handling fee) in which we might provide a return label. This is determined on a case-by-case basis. Shipping cost is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total amount of refund if you get free shipping for your order.
Disputes, Fraudulent Activities, and Chargebacks Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your order, please reach out to us via email as soon as possible. Do not make a claim/dispute with Paypal. We video proof every shipment going out in detail and we have tracking of every order. If you initiate a claim before talking to us, we will provide every necessary evidence to Paypal.
