How do I order?

You can order straight up from our website, or through our Blossm shop, or submit an inquiry to our email, or dm me through my facebook or instagram if you want to bundle multiple plants. All the contact information is provided on the Contact Us page.

What if a plant I want is out of stock?

You can submit a request through email and I will response with when the plant will be restocked.

What sort of payments do you accept?

If you order on the website, we accept most major US cards, Paypal, or Affirm/ShopPay/Klarna. If you order through Blossm you can pay with Paypal through our invoicing system.

How do you ship my plants?

Every plant will be shipped with shipping cushion, corrugated wrap, airbubbles, as well as polyfill to prevent damages to the plant. We check temperatures of the destination and provide winter shipping (thermal packaging and/or heat pack) for free if needed. Depends on the conditions of the plant it will either be shipped in soil or moss. Unfortunately, due to strict agricultural laws, we might have to ship the plants bare root to the following states; Alaska, Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Kansas, Idaho, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, New Mexico, Nevada, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, and Washington. We ship to all states in the United States including Arkansas, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. For delicate plants, we will indicate in the description, and we strongly suggest you upgrade to Express Shipping to prevent shipping stresses.

When will my order ship and how long does shipping take?

After placing an order, you will immediately receive a confirmation email regarding your order. We are a small business so sometimes it will take 3-10 days for your plant(s) to ship. Rest assured that you will receive your plant in great conditions. You will receive an email with tracking number once your order is shipped. Shipping normally takes 2-4 days for Priority and 1-2 days (overnight) for Express shipping.

Do you ship plants year round?

Yes, we ship plants year round. We check every order on the date of shipment and provide winter packing for free of charge if needed.

What is your shipping policies?

We will not be responsible if the order arrived to the wrong shipping address so please make sure to double check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for damages done by shipping delays, stress, losses, or mishandlings. Please refer to our Shipping & Return policies to read more.

My plants are here, what should I do now?

Please DO NOT repot your plant(s) if you receive them in soil or perlite. You may repot the plant if it is shipped bare-rooted. Please refers to our Plant Care Blog for detailed instructions on how to handle your new plant babies.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Unfortunately we don't offer international shipping as of right now. We only ship within the United States (except Puerto Rico for strict regulations on plant shipments).

Can I pick up the plant in person?

Yes, if you want to pick up the plant in person, you will have to submit a pick-up request to my email to coordinate pick up.

Can I cancel an order I just placed?

If you placed an order through our website, you can cancel by submitting a request via email within 10 hours of placing the order. You will be responsible for a 10% restocking fee. After the 10 hours period we unfortunately cannot accept cancellation.
